Man, I know I’m going to piss people off with this one. But you know what? I have to be true to myself, and to my continuous personal evolution. Those of you who follow my work know that I keep it real. At the end of the day, you only have yourself to answer to, and if you can’t be honest with yourself, well, you may as well be dead. So here we go!
I have to open this post with total honesty. On several occasions I have gone after the minister, I have attacked him, accused him of promoting hatred, and called him all sorts of unflattering names. However, for the past few hours, and most of last night I have watched many uncut, unedited interviews with the minister. I watched him on the Jay Winter NightWolf Video Podcast, on Donahue back in the 80s, and more recent videos.
After watching many of his speeches and interviews, I have to say, though I do not agree with him on all counts, when taken in context, the guy makes a lot of sense on some of the things he says. On Donahue he kept it as real as it gets, and you have to admire a man with the guts to speak his mind like that. When asked about “allegations” of taking money from suspect individuals, he specifically said “Those are not allegations, it is the truth.” Then he explained the details as to why, and so on.
When speaking to Jay Winter NightWolf, he stated that he was “too old to be politically correct.” I agree with him on that, you should simply speak your truth, heart and mind. He stated how Jesse Jackson and others have not involved him in discussions with other black leadership, while he has involved them. All very interesting stuff. Take a look at this clip where they talk about the scumbag who shot those innocent folks while at their church.
I believe that you cannot judge or form solid viewpoints if you are not educating yourself all across the board. If you only listen to like minded individuals, then you will never grow. As such I have been listening to guys like Farrakhan, and many others that you may not expect me to listen to. With that my knowledge and viewpoints are ever expanding.
I challenge you to do the same and listen to men like Farrakhan, and though you may not agree with everything he says, if you deny all that he says, then I think you are being dishonest with yourself. Please let me know what you think about these points I have made. I’d love to engage in discussion.Share:
