I received an invitation to start my career in the National Guard. Now being prior military I’ve always missed the life. So here is my response, let’s see what I get back.

I’d be willing to reup, however I’d like to be in a role where I will not be deployed.

Being the military, I’m not sure if you have any options that guarantee we would do our weekend work, 2 weeks a year, and nothing further? But I suppose I lose nothing in asking?

I’d like to continue serving the country, however I am recently engaged, I have a young son, and its not an option for me to deploy.

If there are any options that meet my requirement, please do pass it along. I recall there being recruiter work where you are not deployed. Please let me know.
